These terms cover the website hanyx.app and signing up for early access. The Hanyx app will come with its own terms when you install it.

The website

You may use this site to learn about Hanyx and to sign up for early access. Please don't try to disrupt it, overload it or get around its rate limits.

Early access

Signing up doesn't create a contract or guarantee access. We invite people in batches and may change or end early access at any time. Early-access builds are pre-release software and may contain bugs.

Your data

How we handle your email address is described in the privacy policy.

Content

Text, screenshots and the Hanyx name and logo belong to us. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Other product names are trademarks of their owners.

Liability

We take care with this site but can't guarantee that it is always available, complete or correct. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

Law
